De-Stress
As the world continues to transition at a seemingly increasing rate, our individual lives are being influenced by newer and greater challenges.  While a part of this can be exciting, many of us are feeling stressed.  Stressed in our minds and in our bodies.  Stress is a complex word and experience.  At the root, we can say that we feel stress when we are not getting our needs met.  In order for us to get relief from stress, we must be better about getting our needs met.  But first, we need to be clear on what our needs are!  It is often difficult to find time for self-reflection and understanding ourselves.  Yet, as stress is at the root of almost every disease we know of, there is nothing more important than de-stressing and learning how to maintain inner peace.

During your Personal Journey in Tanzania, you will be taken on a beautiful tour of your inner and outer environment.  You will be guided into spaces that help you understand causes of stress in your life and provided with tools that help you de-stress.  By the time you are ready to return home, you will feel enlivened and inspired, ready for whatever lies ahead, with a smile.

  Example Itinerary 
Day 1 - Arrival in Tanzania, overnight in Arusha town.
Day 2 - Arrival at Gibb’s Farm, Karatu, Tanzania.  First in-person meeting with personal healer
Day 3 - Day at Gibb’s Farm, de-compressing and relaxing.  Opportunity for massage with Maasai healers
Day 4 - Visit with Olaiboni, Traditional Spirit Healer for personal reading and prescription.  Afterwards, chance for game drive in world famous Lake Manyara National Park.  Overnight at Namnyak, traditional Maasai dwelling at Gibb’s Farm to begin enactment of prescription given by Olaiboni in an opening ceremony
Day 5 - Make preparations for wildlife safari by ensuring all plant medicine is on hand and other elements of prescription are available.  Time available for personal reflection alone or in consultation with healer
Day 6-8 - Wildlife safari in Ngorongoro Conservation Area and/or Serengeti National Park.  Inside the sacred process of healing, you will have ample time for reflection, writing and/or discussion about life.  Continue with prescription given by Olaiboni
Day 9 - Return to Traditional Spirit Healer to discuss progress and advice for return to home.  Evening at Gibb’s Farm
Day 10 - Day to relax at Gibb’s Farm, reflecting on ways to integrate healing practices into life back home.  Closing ceremony.

Extension options: Depending on your mind-body constitution and the best ways for you to de-stress, extension options can include sportive activities such as hiking in primordial forests, leisurely garden walks, emotional clearing discussions with supportive community, and beach time in Zanzibar.
